Why men need table skirts

In Vic­to­rian times, “limbs” was used as a euphemism for “legs,” which were thought to be so excit­ing to men as to cause a sex­ual frenzy. Thus, table skirts were invented to pre­vent unnat­ural unions between a man and fur­ni­ture. [Per­sonal note: I wish I were mak­ing that up.] So I had to Google it.

HD-DVD officially dead

It’s offi­cial. Toshiba offi­cially leaves the for­mat war, leav­ing Blu-ray to take the Gold. Which hon­estly, we all knew would hap­pen. I now won­der what to do with my HD-DVD player. I now hope and pray that HD-DVD’s will drop in price and I can get some cheap hi-def films!
